Deal on improved information-sharing about companies in the EU, including partnerships | EP

The European Parliament announced Parliament and Council negotiators agreed on new rules regarding information-sharing about companies in the EU:

The information will be easily accessible across the EU through business registers‘ interconnections and the companies will not be required to submit the same information more than once
