Plixavra Vogiatzoglou on the European surveillance society in the making

Today Plixavra Vogiatzoglou spoke at UCL about her book Mass Data Surveillance and Predictive Policing (a video to be expected). I watched the session online and saw how she summarised the contents of her book.
