According to Progress on financial services legislative files of 29 November the status of the AML Package is as follows:

It is worrying that discussions on these proposals that have such significant implications for citizens’ fundamental rights are taking place behind closed doors. As far as I know, the Dutch parliament is not aware of what the Dutch government is doing in Europe.
