The European organisation for accidental Americans, l’Association des Américains Accidentels (AAA) has been invited by the Dutch GDPR supervisor to explain their arguments. On linkedin their president Fabien Lehagre writes:
Following the complaint filed by the Association des Américains Accidentels (AAA) to the Dutch protection authority, we are invited to come and present our arguments that we are convinced that the intergovernmental agreement #FATCA breach the #GDPR and why the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA) must act by prohibiting international transfers ⛔ to the Internal Revenue Service resulting from this agreement.
👉 Dutch Tax Authorities are also invited to this hearing.
