In het rapport Unlawful by Design: Exposing the Human Rights Costs of Generative AI documenteert Amnesty International ernstige risico’s bij het grootschalig ‘scrapen’ (automatisch gegevens van internet halen) en verwerken van data.

Ook de Aithos Research Foundation uit Amsterdam wijst naar op lees Aithos LARA: Leading AI models are consistently breaking the law.

Desondanks wil de EU de regels voor Artificial Intelligence versoepelen om te voorkomen dat we ‘achter raken’. Wil de EU burgers niet beschermen tegen digitaliseringsrisico’s?
