Tax Fairness for Americans Abroad (TFAA), the organisation advocating the abolition of Citizenship-Based Taxation published an article about a US legislative initiative in favour of Residence-Based Taxation.
During a webinar organised by TFAA, the initiator of the bill was optimistic about the chances of changing US tax law. Let’s hope it’s true, because CBT is very harmful to Americans living outside the US.
