Implementation of EU anti-money laundering rules

Today the European Commission announced that it has decided to refer Luxembourg to the Court of Justice for not completely implementing EU anti-money laundering rules. Further the Commission calls on Estonia and Denmark to completely transpose the 4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
