Unmasking the chilling effects of the digital surveillance ecosystem: the erosion of assembly and association rights | OHCHR

A thematic report was announced [1] by the UN Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR) on the threats to the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association caused by digital surveillance. The report was made by a special rapporteur [2].

It highlights the risks that digitalisation poses to people and society.
