Guide for lawyers intervening before the European Court of Human Rights

The Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) published an updated version of its practical Guide for lawyers intervening before the European Court of Human Rights, which is also available on the Court’s website.
The Guide highlights, in an accessible way, the latest developments in the Court’ practice in handling cases and their implications for practitioners.
