Nu IT zo’n grote rol in het recht gaat spelen, is het tijd om over de schutting te kijken.

Hierbij tips:

• Matthijs R. Koot attendeerde me op Privacy from an Informatics Perspective, waarin informatica aan juristen wordt uitgelegd  en schrijft “in theorie is dit hoofdstuk begrijpelijk leesvoer voor iedereen met hbo/wo-niveau, zonder informaticakennis“.
• Mireille Hildebrandt is bezig met Law for Computer Scientists, een uitgave die mij ook voor juristen interessant lijkt, intro:
