“CJEU ruling casts doubts on the legality of the proposed e-evidence regulation” | CCBE

In May the Council of Bars & Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) published the article “CJEU ruling casts doubts on the legality of the proposed e-evidence regulation“. Earlier CCBE questioned the legal basis of the e-evidence proposal in its position paper (pdf) of October 2018.
