The Meijers Committee has created the site euruleoflaw.eu and introduces the site as follows:

The Meijers Committee is worried by the EU’s insufficient reaction to developments that affect the rule of law in the EU. It also observes particular risks in the establishment of new EU agencies and in changes to the competences or structure of existing agencies.

The Meijers Committee will hence critically reflect on these two important issues and continuously bring them to the attention via the dissemination of information and analysis (see e.g., the Rule of Law Dashboard and Comments), as well as the organization of expert events.

On the site the Committee publishes updates on the subject. On the 1st of February the newsitem Rule of Law Update – January 2023 was made public.
